The Integrated Data File belongs to the Center for Sociological Research . Therefore, all the regulations that regulate the activity of this institution are applicable to it (see www.cis.es ). In particular:
- Law 39/1995 , of December 19, on the Organization of the Sociological Research Center, which guarantees full transparency and public access to the results of the center's scientific activity.
- The Sociological Research Center will carry out its functions in accordance with the principles of objectivity and neutrality in its actions, equal access to its data and respect for the rights of citizens and statistical secrecy, taking into account the provisions of the Law. 12/1989 , of May 9, of the Public Statistical Function (articles 4, 13, 19 and 21), and the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 , of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, regarding the limits on the use of computing and other techniques and means of automated processing of personal data, to guarantee the honor, personal and family privacy of natural persons and the full exercise of their rights.
